These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RoopAI mobile application, related services, and the website at our official domain (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

RoopAI provides tools to explore and generate visual content using artificial intelligence. Features may change, and we do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

2. Accounts

You may need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

• You will not use the Services to violate law, infringe others’ rights, harass, or spread malware.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent security or usage limits.
• You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and outputs you create, including ensuring you have rights to any images you submit.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including branding, UI, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. Outputs may be subject to third-party model or API terms; you receive a limited license to use outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Third-party services

The Services rely on providers (e.g. Firebase, ad networks, AI APIs). Their terms and privacy policies also apply where relevant.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where feasible. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of incorporation or residence of the operating entity for RoopAI, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country.
