RoopAI (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use the RoopAI mobile application and this website, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, display name, email address, and profile photo URL through Firebase Authentication.
• Firestore profile. We store the above fields plus timestamps (createdAt, lastLoginAt) in Google Cloud Firestore under users/{your-uid} to identify your account and improve support.
• App usage & content. Images you generate, selections you make, and history may be stored on your device or through our backend providers as needed to deliver features.
• Advertising. We may use Google Mobile Ads. Ad partners may collect identifiers and usage data under their own policies.
• Website contact form. Messages you send via our site are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the app and website.
• To personalize your experience and sync preferences where enabled.
• To respond to inquiries sent through the contact form.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. Sharing

We use service providers (e.g. Google Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Web3Forms, AI image providers) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention & security

We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us through the website form to make a request.

6. Children

RoopAI is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
